How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders take 1-2 business days to be processed.
All U.S. and Canadian orders are estimated to arrive within 2-7 business days after processing.
All International orders (outside of U.S.and Canada) will arrive in approximately 6-15 business days.
Is there free shipping?
We provide free shipping on all U.S. and Canadian orders over $50. Free shipping on all international orders $100.
How can I track my order?
You will receive tracking information in your shipping confirmation email once your order has been processed.
All U.S. and Canadian orders are fully tracked.
International orders may consist of either full-tracking or partial tracking (Post Office to Country), please wait a couple business days for your order to reach you once it arrives in your country.
What are the socks made out of?
Flyte Socks are composed of 80% Bamboo Viscose Fiber, 15% Nylon and 5% Elastane.
How should I care for my Flyte Socks?
Machine wash inside out on gentle cycle with cold water. Hang out to dry. Do not bleach or iron.

Please note that all prices are shown in the United States Dollar (USD). Canadian and International orders are subject to currency conversion at the time of purchase.

What is your return & refund policy?
Any product return or exchange are accepted within 30 days after receiving product if they are: unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition you received them.
Please e-mail us at email@example.com with your order number and details to start the refund/exchange process.
Return postage is not provided.

What happens if you don't love your first order?
If you order a pack or multiple items, please give that first pair a try, it's on us! Wear it, wash it, and wear it again. If you still feel you don't love it, simply send the rest of the items back to us within 30 days and we will process a full refund.
Please keep all the other items unworn and in their original condition/packaging except for the first single pair you tried on, that one you can keep :)
